Ozark Guidance is a private local, Joint Commission accredited, non-profit mental health center. We are committed to meeting the needs of the individual, family, and community for better mental health in Northwest Arkansas. Since 1970, Ozark Guidance has helped tens of thousands of children, adults, and families in Washington, Benton, Madison, and Carroll Counties live better lives by providing high quality, affordable mental healthcare services.

Our primary service is evaluation, using a variety of psychological tests, i.e. IQ, Memory, Achievement, Personality, etc. to evaluate a wide range of issues such as dementia, traumatic brain injury, ADHD, LD, Pain, PTSD, Psychosexual issues. We also provide therapy for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, adjustment, marital, etc. We are in a trial phase with a new cognitive retraining program called Cogmed, that if it proves effective we will want to market.
