Our Mission is to provide the best possible hearing care services by making a pledge to always strive to do our very best for our patients. We will accomplish these goals in several ways; by being honest and forthright, by making a medical referral when indicated by the test results, by using prescriptive fitting protocols that verify the hearing instruments are properly fitted to the patient's individual requirements based on their specific hearing loss and by providing professional follow-up care after the hearing aids are properly fitted and programmed. Because hearing instruments are such a personal device it is important to receive proper follow-up care. Keeping the instruments clean is the first line of defense to help ensure that they will perform properly and last longer. A properly verified hearing aid fitting and professional follow-up care is our mission for the hearing-impaired public in our community.
