Welcome to St. Mary's Catholic Church. We are the flagship of Catholic Community in Independence County and in Batesville, Arkansas. We serve the college students of Lyon College with our Catholic Campus Ministry and St. Cecilia's Church in Newport, Arkansas in Jackson County. Our pastor is Rev. Phillip A Reaves who began his pastorate here on June 2010 and we also have a permanent deacon, Mike Cumnock. We hope you will feel welcome to our community and to our Church.
