In 2013, The Scarlet Locke Hair Lounge graced Russellville with its soothing and pampering atmosphere. We've maintained a small crew of stylists to make your experience more personal and relaxed. In August of 2016 we moved to a location in Downtown Russellville to better accommodate both our and your needs for the greatest salon experience of a lifetime
