Non-Rush We Charge: $1 safe ride fee @ start of trip than $1.50 Per Mile 9 AM to 3 PM and 6 PM to 12 AM we also charge $0.20 per minute when stopped and $12 hour waiting time. Rush Hour we charge $1 safe ride fee @ start of trip than $2.00 per mile 6 AM to 9 AM and 3 PM to 6 PM we also charge $0.25 per minute when stopped and $15 hour waiting time Monday-Sunday 7 days a week 365 days a year.
