Love this bakery but I ordered sandwiches today, waited 10 minutes, and they forgot about making them until I asked if it was ready. And it wasn't even busy in here today. No apology no nothing....

I wish the staff were more approachable. They don't acknowledge anyone, they ignore eye contact and it's not till we are face to face that they acknowledge their customers. The pastries are good...
