Did not wear shoe covers. Said he could not make the carpets drier so left them really wet. Wanted to charge $120 more than other cleaners before. Not a very good job; not a very good attitude

This service should not be trusted. The carpet has been allowed 12 hours to dry, and it's clear that they do not know how to properly service carpets. Left my carpet more wet than any other...
