ACECO Equipment Rentals was established in Lompoc, CA. in 1959. At that time the primary focus of the owner, John P. Lizarraga, was to cater to the building and development of Vandenberg Air Force Base. The name ACECO stands for Airbase Construction Equipment Company. Since that time ACECO has become very diverse, with a large rental fleet, ranging from small hand tools to earthmoving equipment, and a customer base which includes, Aerospace, Agriculture, Construction, Home Owners, Manufacturers, Motion Picture Studios and Municipalities.
