Total and complete SCAM!!!! Beware. Active Appliance is in cahoots with American Home Shield to deny performing any repairs on malfunctioning appliances. The come out and don't do anything....

THEY ARE IN CAHOOTS WITH AMERICAN HOME SHIELD TO SCAM YOU!!! They've been sent out 4x, but AHS only documented 3x. When the technician couldn't fix the repair - THE SERVICE REQUEST WAS DELETED....
