The Agua Caliente Cultural Museum is a brand new, 48,000 sq. ft facility located in the heart of Downtown Palm Springs. It is the official museum of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians - a federally recognized Native American Tribe with 31,500 acres of Reservation lands that spread across Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, and into the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto mountains.

Definitely worth the $5 and the 1-2 hours. It is a good way to get grounded in the local community and economy and issues. Enjoy!

I've been to the Agua Caliente Cultural Museum twice so far. This is an excellent place to get out of the summer heat yet get out of the house! The museum is pristine clean just you would expect....
