This address is the Island City Cafe and not a locksmith. see the yelp review for the Island City Cafe which by the way has excellent food.

excessive charge. Unable to open a simple lock and charge $190 to drill it out, leaving metal shards all over the floor. Sealed with electrical tape. Very unprofessional.
