We had three rugs to be cleaned. One was definitely not cleaned. I got down on my hands and knees with soap and water and rinsed out dirty towels 4 times on the areas that should have been white....

Had 2 rugs cleaned and repaired. I also replaced the fringe. Customer service is above and beyond. Reasonable prices. GREAT people.
