I called to try and figure out why our trash didn't get picked up for the day and the lady on the phone tried to argue with me about what city I lived in and was EXTREMELY rude. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE...

I live in Elk Grove now, but we moved here from SF not too long ago. Their garbage system is completely different! They pick up the garbage every week but alternate from recycling & yard waste...
