Like most properties in Mammoth Lakes, our rooms do not have air conditioning. This is due to the typically mild summer temperatures we experience in the Eastern Sierra. We do have fans in all units and heaters for when the temperatures drop. The Village at Mammoth is just steps from our hotel, with the Mammoth Gondola access within a 5-minute walk. We also benefit from being on the free Town of Mammoth Lakes shuttle route, which runs through the town year-round and to Mammoth Mountain Ski Area during the winter months.
