Ihsan's Falafel was founded by Chef Amin Musa, a certified macrobiotic counselor. Amin learned how to make falafels from his mother, Ihsan, who prepared them daily during his childhood in Sudan. Each time Amin made these falafels for his friends after moving to the U.S., they always said that these were the best falafels they had ever had! These repeated compliments sparked the original inspiration for starting Ihsan's Falafel.
