American Pacific College

American Pacific College, with its main campus in Van Nuys, Calif., is a private, postsecondary vocational school, preparing students for the job market, by providing specialized training. Its courses include bookkeeping, desktop publishing, and computer electronic assembly. To assess the student s requirements and capability, it initially conducts a one- to five-day evaluation module. During the program, it prepares monthly progress reports, detailing the student s progress, and offers extra assistance to students who need individual tutoring, because of academic problems.
