In Bistagno, a little town deep in Italy's wine region, owner and chef Antonio Cagnolo was born and raised on a small town farm and mill. "Everything was fresh. The vegetables were from our garden, the eggs from our chickens, and my father hunted and fished. We had fresh truffles and porcini mushrooms. I even stomped the grapes to make the wine!" Since his humble beginnings in Italy, Antonio Cagnolo has emerged as a dynamic force in the field of dining.
