I am more then certain they are violating the credit regulations. Telling people that they don't base their applications on credit. Then they will deny you when your credit ain't all that great....

This is the best customer service I have received from a lending agency. I got more than I thought I was going to get with a low score of 577. Staff very friendly and very understanding.
