Aquatek is used by my HOA. Customer service is terrible. Celeste is rude and talks over you. Their plumber caused further damage during a repair and they refused to take any responsibility....

Had a no show. We're required to use Aquatek by our HOA. Had an hour window appointment. They called during the appointment window to tell me they had to reschedule.
