Our family has been using Arthur's for almost 40 years. My mother was an interior designer in San Francisco and Arthur would drive in to pick up her clients pieces.

It took them over a year to re-upholster a swivel chair, then within a week of use, the chair fell off the swivel base. These guys are clearly just interested in cosmetic appearances, not repair.
