AT&T Store

They always seem to have new people working but there's a couple of young men that have been there for quite some time. Always courteous and knowledgeable. If you walk in and there isn't a line .....

(11/18) Manager was helpful (or whoever was above this person) , attitude from other female worker on the phone is crazy, no customer service and kept arguing on an issue she didn't understand...

I hope I am getting the correct place because I believe that praise is due to all who carry out a job function well, and with a worthy sense of purpose that can only be described as dignified....

Don't use AT&T. Customer Service is really, really bad. Please read my original review to get an understanding of the oddyssee that it took to close a business wireless account. No only did it...

Worst customer service of any store I've ever been in. They don't acknowledge people who enter the store. They don't give you eye contact. They don't say hello. They don't ask if they can help...
