Painting, kitchen/bath repair work, carpentry, window treatments, furniture assembly or moving, and general labor are the most common services we are hired for. Property Managers and Owners call on SL to assist them in implementation of work on the property. From weekly maintenance and caretaker services, to 1 hour on demand handyman services, SL adds value and reduces risk. Homeowners and renters also call on SL for small moving jobs or 'honey do list' type jobs around the house. SL Handyman Services is insured for general liability up to $2 million dollars per year and $1 million per occurrence. SL handyman Services is not a Contractor and will not perform work over $500. In the event that your project scope requires a Contractor, SL Handyman Services will bring this to the attention of the customer.
