First, let me say I had a great meal at Baker's last night. I had not been to a Baker's in quite some time because the previous few visits during and post covid the food and prices were terrible....

There was a line at the kiosk and the employee, Zacary R, took us aside and took our order. Very helpful and well mannered. Didn't feel rushed. Will definitely return.

The guy is taking orders as fast as he can at the drive. Then asks if he can bring it to you. I went inside to check what's up. The burgers on sitting on the top shelf getting cold. No heat...
