2 tellers for over 12 customers lineup to do a transaction mean while 3 employees on the other side chatting and laughing! Really that why I don't like BofA

The surrounding area is filthy and the service takes extremely long. Only two tellers for general public. Waited for 40 minutes in line.

Just went to open an account for my daughter and Luis Adrian Q. was really helpful, kind and pacient to explain every step of the way. He also managed to make us laugh while at it.. Thank you Luis!
