Barbara Finzen MD

Dr Barbara Finzen is a Board-Certified physician in Internal Medicine. She sees a spectrum of patients, from late adolescence through geriatrics. Her special interests include preventive medicine and geriatric medicine. She attended Northwestern University on a National Merit Scholarship, and after graduating Phi Beta Kappa in an Honors' three year degree program, she returned to her home city of Milwaukee to attend the Medical College of Wisconsin. She came to California in 1980 to do her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at St Mary's Hospital and Medical Center in San Francisco. Dr Finzen was elected to Fellowship in the American College of Physicians, and inducted into fellowship in a convocation ceremony in April 2013.
