The goldfish and hamsters are gone, however the well known customer service and friendly, knowledgeable staff remain.

Came in a couple of times. Was able to find something that I liked. Will be coming back to shop. They have a nice selection of fabric. The employees were nice.

Nice store staff is nice. But they have 75% mark ups on price Arches block is 100 bucks! any reputable art store charges 60 bucks. A roll of trace paper is 24 bucks here... I mean common 6 -10...

One of the last surviving craft stores - please shop here so they will stay open! I've shopped at Ben franklins for almost 50 years from Pacifica to here. All the stores have closed except this one.
