The Ben Moreell Battalion Sea Cadets is a youth leadership program that offers nautically oriented training to young Americans ages 10 through 17. Through their training, cadets develop skills in seamanship, patriotism, courage, self-reliance, teamwork, and accountability. With over 300 units across the country, the program provides opportunities for cadets to train aboard U.S. Navy and Coast Guard ships and engage in various activities such as parades, marksmanship training, and community service.
