They used to be good a long time ago in their old location in the same complex. A guy used to run the place, then Rose took it over. The prices have doubled and it's now By Appointment Only....

Rose was too nice to accept me last minute. She waited for me and never complain about it. My haircut is great. Will definitely come back again and will recommend her to my friends.
