It all started with a trip to Tijuana Mexico were we fell in love with their Birria style! They served Birria in tacos, quesatacos, tacos dorados dipped in consome. We wanted to bring this awesome concept close to home. This is how XOLOS was born. We keep a simple menu but put lots of love into every item we serve.
