CrossFit Bishop offers group classes of programmed WOD's (Workout of the Day) M/W/F at 4:45am and M-F at 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm. We also offer Boot Camp Classes on M/W/F at 5:30 am. CrossFit Bishop is a 24/7 access gym, so if you miss out on a workout you can come in when ever you would like! We aim to have quality trainers who are passionate to help you reach your goals, and offer CrossFit Foundations Classes for our first time CrossFitter as well as one on one personal training.
