Bitter Brothers Brewing company makes great beer that is complex, balanced and layered in flavors. Our beers are intended to be easily paired with foods. Brewery owners, Bill Warnke & Monica Andresen, have created a simple and unfettered tasting room that welcomes all; families, IPA lovers and even the neighborhood pooch. Tuesdays are 5for7 Tuesdays which gets you a five flight for $7. (Believe me. It's a deal!) Each quarter, we brew a special limited edition bottle that is released in coordination with our quarterly chef collaboration beer dinners. We invite some pretty talented folks to put out a five course dinner that complements the beer of their choice and they're pretty spot on. Proceeds for 2017 for the dinners go to Feeding San Diego in an effort to raise enough for 20,000 meals. We're a pretty laid back place with some friendly faces.
