I have had the membership for about a year now and I will be canceling. The car wash does a decent job of washing but a poor job of drying. It does a really bad job of drying the back of the car....

I wait for 10 minutes with a least 8 other cars and there was no one to service the carwash. absolutely unacceptable!! You are negligent per your customer service agreement. You just lost one...
