The Blue Wing was opened in 2005 on the site of a well known local saloon of that name that operated from the 1880s until the 1920s. It is separated by a relaxing garden from the fully restored Tallman Hotel. A full bar and seating inside is complimented by seating in the garden and on a heated veranda. Quality food and drink is served in a relaxing atmosphere at lunch and dinner Thursdays through Mondays. Live background music is performed most evenings and at Sunday Brunch plus blues bands on Mondays.

The good bad ugly. Good: Busy. Music outside in a Tuesday. Had the limonencello cheesecake. Very tasty. Chocolate torte was always delicious. Bad: short staff. Couldn't sit outside Ugly....

The food is usually very good, reasonably priced, desserts are also delicious, and the service is also quite good. The ambience is great. My only complaint is that the live music is too freaking...
