This bank sucks, it's difficult to get any straight answers from them. Which makes it impossible to trust them. I've decided enough with BMO, I'm moving my accounts.

This is the most unhelpful bank I've ever had to deal with! I've been trying to get a transfer of $4500 that was returned to my account for 15 months! And their customer service hangs up on me...
