This dealership does not let you reserve a car so you must wait inline for a long time to get a car. They never seem to have their act together. Not a McKenna fan and moved over to Santa Monica....

Honestly if I could give this negative stars I would. They told us the car would be ready and when we went to pick it up it wasn't. Then we had to wait 4 more days to pick it up. And the service...

I have nothing but amazing things to saw about BMW Service shop. I had to get my M3 towed in (never a good sign) and based on the things wrong with the car I was expecting at least 2 weeks before...
