The City of Santa Rosa Utilities Department, based in Santa Rosa, Calif., provides a rate and fee funded enterprise providing water delivery and wastewater collection services to more than 50,000 residential and commercial service locations. The department operates the sub regional wastewater treatment, disposal and industrial waste pretreatments systems serving Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Sebastopol, Cotati and the South Park County Sanitation District. In addition, it designs and provides construction management for water and wastewater projects.
