Bob Carlson Realty began in Downtown San Diego in September of 2003, and expanded to North County Coastal in 2007, South Bay in 2009, and Carlsbad in 2012. Originally focused on the mid-luxury real estate segment, we work with traditional, short-sale, and distressed sellers, as well as relocation, second home, move-up, and first-time buyers and investors.
