Tea here is good and refreshing for a hot day. Place is clean and kept. Workers are nice and friendly. Parking might be a struggle during busy times but manageable

Im a sucker for matcha! Super good and refreshing I had them add boba. Service great girl in the front was nice. This little place was a bit busy but the staff got the drinks out quick!
