My mother took a foot rest to get reupholstered, Bob, the owner said two weeks and $149.00 A month later, we could not get a hold of Bob, nor leave a voice mail b/c his voice mail box was full....

Awful. Poor communication. Never going back. They stopped returning my calls. I am disappointed in their lack of response.

We've taken at least 2 (maybe more I can't remember) projects to Bob's Upholstery and have always been pleased with the results. He gets the work done quickly and at a fair price!
