History

John and Lisa Nixon had a vision to bring vitality and traffic back to Yreka's historic legacy building at 204 S. Broadway. We wanted to fill the local need for indoor climate-controlled self-storage, while adorning the beautiful front windows with interesting and educational treasures for sale. With Kathleen Foutch and Bryan Faust on board as co-managers, the vision became a reality! We opened our doors on November 13, 2021!
