I'm a snob about bagels and nothing can beat NYC to me BUT I can't believe the negative reviews here. Our service was great, the bagel sandwiches were delicious, and pricing is comparable.

Go to Einstein's instead. $35 for 6 bagels - they charge you to cut bagels then they want a tip on top.
