Cafe Delicias

We are a locally owned, family business serving the Auburn and Roseville area since 1965. Our family prides itself on preparing our dishes using only the freshest and finest ingredients. Nabor Ramirez opened the first Cafe Delicias, in Old Town Auburn, in 1964. The first location was followed by the opening of the second Cafe Delicias in Roseville. Later on, Mr. Ramirez would open the other restaurants in Rocklin and Auburn. Nabor & Rosario, his wife, have built their family business from the ground up with the help of their six children, Ofelia, Ruben, Emilio, Maggie, Rojelio and Miguel. To this day, the company is proud to serve their customers at four different locations, all managed by Mr. Ramirez and his sons, Ruben, Rojelio and Miguel. The Company is proud to serve authentic Mexican food and their restaurants are very family oriented.
