History
I started this business by baking for friends and family my entire life. When my husband and I were hit by a financial hardship, we took a calculated risk and obtained all of the permits and licenses to allow me to sell on a larger scale. My life long dream has been to own a bakery or restaurant, and this catering business seems to be my ticket there!
Specialties
Calculated Whisks Bakery creates bespoke organic, dye free desserts. As well as custom orders, we run a booth at the Peaceful Valley Farmers Market between May-October on Friday nights from 4 - 8pm. We also have monthly goody delivery available for online subscribers, and for sale at LoCo Goods in Downtown Sonora.
