Canyon Creek Staff was very helpful. The place was clean. It's a smaller facility. The current management is working on updating the facility. The only thing is parking isn't the best.

Update: The Rehab center has agreed to reimbursement. There was apparently a lot of miscommunication. I caution everyone, communicating is key. Research this facility is smaller which is nicer.
