They've really gone downhill. I always had good experiences with booked appointments in the past. No more - either they are way over booked or they have so many walk-ins they can't manage booked...

Terrible experience. Came to my first appointment that I had booked beforehand and they told me I would have to wait an hour. Then, rescheduled to later in the day and still waited another hour....

Very efficient, especially for minor check ups like ear pain. They are quick, much better than deli g with a traditional doctor that wastes your time with scheduling and 100s of irrelevant...
