Opened in 1998, our original location is now closed to make room for affordable housing. This gave us time to move all of our stuff up the street 732 feet, to 1701 Monterey, inside the HUB. This location is dog and kid friendly. Both must be on a leash (kidding, but we're not a daycare). With lots of free parking, the HUB has lots of open-air seating, a variety of beverage and food choices. Located close to downtown, shopping, hotels and the Cal Poly campus. Food trucks on site. Visit our other location at 6 Higuera, which opened in 2018. This location is our flagship brewhouse, and award-winning brewpub. We have a full kitchen, three patios, and graffitied game room. Free parking! We are dog and kid friendly. Both must be on a leash (kidding, but we're not a daycare).

Great space, dog-friendly, food options and real nice folks behind the bar and good service, but, alas, IPAs are my go-to (original, I know) and theirs were just not doing it for me. Your mileage...

Burgers are very filling. Pretty tasty, although I really wish they'd add more of the extras. I got the burger with sour kraut on it and there was barely any. It's so inexpensive, load it up....

Man, this new location feels so vastly different from the OG Monterey St location, and unfortunately not in a great way. We came to CCB for years living in SLO, and try to make it a point to visit...

Yes! Great service. The beertenders were friendly ams quick to serve or even samples. E really enjoyed the Juice box hero and It's a secret. Great stuff.
