We did the Roos class and it was not great. Most of it felt like transition time between the "activities" and given how short the class is (45 minutes) it felt like a total rip. They let waaaaaay...

Amazing gym! My kids have been going here for over a decade and we love it here. The staff is so friendly and helpful! 2 of my kids are now coaches here and they love it!
