Cezaine is a licensed and family owned home bakery born in California's tech city of San Jose, in the midst of the pandemic crisis. Managed by Head Baker, Erika Del Rosario-Inamdar, braced with the unending support of her husband Shahab, and their two little tots - Taste Testers and Inspiration Extraordinaire, Czarina and Zion. Cezaine is a registered Cottage Food operation, this means that all our products have been carefully reviewed and approved by our local health department - Santa Clara Department of Environmental Health. Our entire staff at Cezaine are ANSI accredited certified food handlers and have strong backgrounds in business, legal, and engineering. We're proud to offer the highest quality, most unique products on the market today. Cezaine makes spectacular Pies! They delivered to our event and it was a huge hit. The signature apple pie was gone in a snap. Great crust, fresh and tasty apples... perfect! Cezaine does not...
