Domaine Chandon was the first California sparkling wine venture by Champagne Moet & Chandon, a French champagne house. The company is a producer and distributor of sparkling and varietal wines. Domaine Chandon crafts a range of sparkling wines that reflect California's regional character, yet remain true to the practices of m thode champenoise. Its sparkling wines include Brut Classic, Blanc de Noirs, Riche, Reserve Brut and Vintage. The company s varietal wines include Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and the Ramal Road Reserve Pinot Noir. Domain Chandon produces its wines from the Carneros vineyards in Yountville, Calif., nearly 70 miles west of Sacramento on Highway 29.
