Chase Bank

This bank has the tendencies to get so packed that I have the hubby get up and do banking if we're up and ready before 6am. Mind you we only come early to beat crowds during the pandemic....

horrible customer service, the morning staff are so pissy and have such a heavy attitude. claims you cannot cash any check without 2 forms of id lol

They need to update their hours because it's says they are open till 4pm but close early at 3 .
